빌GO 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청
이 페이지는 모바일 앱 빌GO의 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제를 요청하는 방법을 안내합니다.
삭제 요청 방법
- 앱에서 프로필 > 설정 > 데이터 이전 화면을 열어 사용자 ID를 확인합니다.
- Google Play 또는 App Store 등록정보에 표시된 개발자 연락처로 삭제 요청을 보냅니다.
- 요청 내용에 사용자 ID와 “빌GO 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청” 문구를 함께 적어 주세요.
사용자 ID는 익명 계정 데이터를 식별하기 위한 값입니다. 이메일, 비밀번호, 전화번호 로그인은 사용하지 않습니다.
삭제되는 데이터
- 익명 사용자 ID와 연결된 서버 저장 데이터
- 프로필 정보, 진행 상태, 기원, 주구, 재화, 레벨, 미션, 정성 패스 데이터
- 운명의 서 기록, 사용자 제공 이미지, 앱 사용 통계
보관될 수 있는 데이터
법적 의무 이행, 부정 이용 방지, 정산 또는 보안상 필요한 최소한의 기록은 관련 법령 및 서비스 운영상 필요한 기간 동안 제한적으로 보관될 수 있습니다. 이 경우 앱 기능 제공을 위한 활성 데이터로 사용하지 않습니다.
처리 기간
삭제 요청을 확인한 뒤 합리적으로 가능한 빠른 시일 내에 처리합니다. 요청 확인을 위해 추가 정보가 필요할 수 있습니다.
BilGO Account and Data Deletion Request
To request deletion of your BilGO account and related data, open Profile > Settings > Data Transfer in the app and check your anonymous user ID. Then contact the developer using the contact information shown on Google Play or the App Store, and include your user ID with the phrase “BilGO account and data deletion request.”
Data Deleted
- Server-side data linked to your anonymous user ID.
- Profile information, progress, wishes, ritual items, currencies, levels, missions, and pass data.
- Fate book records, user-provided images, and usage statistics.
Data That May Be Retained
Some limited records may be retained where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, settlement, or security purposes. Such records are not used as active app data.
